240 Saint-Jacques, is a 10-storey heritage building located in the heart of Old Montreal on the historical “Bank Street” with southern-facing views of the St. Lawrence River. It was designed by American architect Henry Ives Cobb at the turn of the 20th Century for the Guardian Fire and Life Assurance Company.
